To remember the Golden Memories of his
great-grandfather Damoo Dhotre (Damu Dhotre), Anand Dhotre organized 39th Death Anniversary
Tribute Programme on 23rd January, 2012 at Peshwe Park (SarasBagh)
in Pune, Maharashtra (India). Damoo Dhotre worked in Circus Industry for well
over 40 years.
On this occasion, Famous Cartoonist Hon. S. D. FADNIS, well known author Smt. Shakuntala Fandis, Social Worker Mr Anand Sarag and other circus fans were present. Damoo Dhotre Pratistan ANAND DHOTRE & Sainath Mandal Trust PIYUSH SHAH jointly organized a One-Day trip to Peshwe Park (SarasBagh) in Pune where the children of Dagad & Khan Kamgar (Coal & Mine Workers) enjoyed the Adventure Games. Such games bring out the bravery from the children. The purpose was to make them aware about the Brave Animal Trainer of India – Late Damoo Dhotre
